    CARNIVOROUS LAMP
This lamp is ready to eat you up.

The sinuous forms create a curious contradiction of soft and piercing shapes.  The curves and softness are an invitation to sensuality.

The lamp is a brass stem with a brass casted piece that brings texture to the belly of the lamp. This piece is used as a reflector of the light to illuminate the glass shade. Within the lamp’s shade the brass stem curves around like a vine and then ends at a pointed edge within a round form to bring contrast and tension. The shade is 18”x6”x4” with a stem fabricated at a custom length. A light with a bite. Ideally styled in a reading corner or the accent light next to your bed. Photography by Ye Rin Mok.
